You’re at the forefront of our business, interacting with the pricing teams of our prospects and customers to understand their requirements and translate that into a set of proposed solutions in Gorilla;
You represent Gorilla starting with our first demo in the pre-sales phase up to the handover to our implementation team;
You prepare and give demos and lead requirement gathering workshops with the prospect;
You participate in targeted marketing activities such as webinars or events;
You work closely with the Gorilla sales department to set the right stakeholder expectations and create customer-tailored proposals.
You work closely with your pre-sales consultant counterpart of our various partners that offer complementary products, on joint solution proposals, to meet the end to end needs of our customers.
As a pre-sales consultant, you work together with our sales director and energy & utilities prospects on defining and understanding the solution requirements with regards to pricing, forecasting, billing, hedging, settlement, insight analysis and reporting. With your knowledge of the UK market, you are able to represent and demonstrate Gorilla’s pricing, forecasting and reporting solutions to our prospects and clients.
Starting with the lead generation phase, all the way throughout the handover to the implementation team, you participate actively in workshops with different stakeholders. You’re the driving force in workshops, and are able to demonstrate the various options and powerful features of Gorilla to fulfil the prospects’ needs.
You analyse and understand a client’s sales process and their pricing processes. By gathering information, you are able to accurately write project proposals, create and give tailored demos and respond to RFPs. You pride yourself on a qualitative touchpoint with the prospect each and every time.
As a strong believer in co-creation and teamwork, you naturally do all of this in close collaboration with your colleagues and partners.
You have at least 2 years of experience in UK utility system implementation projects or in pre-sales for complex enterprise SaaS software.
You thrive on understanding and solving complex problems with modern technology;
You understand the UK Energy & Utilities market, and are following up on the latest advancements;
You’re fluent in English;
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral;
You are a people person, just as much as a subject matter expert.
