You’re at the forefront of our business, interacting with the pricing teams of our customers and prospects to understand their requirements and translate that into working calculation models in Gorilla.
You represent Gorilla starting with our first demo in the pre-sales phase up to the delivery of our solution.
Together with the project manager, solution architect and the data engineering team, you take delivering IT projects to the next level.
You work closely with the Gorilla sales department to set the right stakeholder expectations and create customer tailored demo’s and proposals.
As our UK pricing consultant, you work together with our clients, solution architects and engineers on requirements for calculation models, identifying specific data needs and algorithms. With your knowledge of the UK market, you are able to represent and demonstrate Gorilla’s beautiful pricing, forecasting and billing solutions to our prospects and clients.
Starting with the sales phase, all the way throughout the implementation of a project, you participate actively in workshops with different stakeholders. Start to finish, you translate functional project details into a language all stakeholders understand.
You effortlessly describe the UK market cost component calculations, characteristics and best practices to all project stakeholders. Additionally, you are skilled at analysing and understanding a client’s sales process and their pricing methodologies. By gathering information, you are able to accurately brief our engineering team and test their deliverables. You pride yourself on a qualitative delivery each and every time.
As a strong believer in co-creation and teamwork, you naturally do all of this in close collaboration with our colleagues.
You have at least 4 years of experience in B2B energy pricing at a UK utility retailer.
You have an analytical mind and are a numerical problem solver
You thrive on understanding and solving complex problems
You understand the UK Energy market inside out, and are following up on the latest advancements
You’re fluent in English
You have a winning mentality – you go the extra mile
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral
You are a people person, just as much as a subject matter expert
